Terms of Use
1. Age requirement
CamWall is an adult service. By accessing camwall.tv you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, or if viewing adult content is illegal where you are, you must leave immediately.
2. What CamWall is — and is not
CamWall is a viewing interface. It displays and embeds publicly available live cam streams from Chaturbate, a third-party platform operated by Various, Inc. CamWall does not host, produce, store, or control any stream content. All content originates on and is served from Chaturbate's own infrastructure.
CamWall is a watch-only tool. There is no chat, tipping, or private-show functionality on camwall.tv itself. Those interactions happen on Chaturbate when you open a performer's room there.
3. Affiliate relationship
CamWall participates in Chaturbate's affiliate program. Links to performer rooms on Chaturbate use an affiliate referral tag. This means CamWall may receive a commission when a new Chaturbate account is created through one of those links. This does not affect the price you pay — Chaturbate's own services remain free to join.
4. Accounts
A CamWall account is optional. You can watch the wall without one. If you create an account:
- You must provide a username. An email address is optional but required for password recovery.
- Accounts with no email address and no activity for 3 years may be deleted.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You must not create accounts to circumvent bans or feature limits.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use CamWall if you are under 18 or if doing so is illegal in your location.
- Attempt to scrape, copy, mirror, or reproduce stream content or performer data.
- Use automated means to access the service at excessive rates.
- Attempt to circumvent any technical measure or rate limit.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Third-party content and services
Streams are served by Chaturbate and are subject to Chaturbate's own terms, content policies, and performer agreements. CamWall has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party content. For content concerns related to Chaturbate streams, please use Chaturbate's own reporting tools or contact hello@camwall.tv so CamWall can remove the performer from the interface.
7. No warranty
CamWall is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Availability of streams depends on third-party services. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of data, or continuity of service.
8. Right to terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to CamWall, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law and applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CamWall after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
