DMCA Policy
CamWall hosts no media
CamWall (camwall.tv) does not host, store, or upload any images, videos, or audiovisual content. All streams displayed on CamWall are embedded directly from Chaturbate (operated by Various, Inc.) and are served by Chaturbate's own infrastructure. CamWall functions as a viewing interface only.
Takedown notices for Chaturbate stream content
If you believe content appearing in an embedded Chaturbate stream infringes your copyright, the appropriate action is to contact Chaturbate's designated DMCA agent directly. Chaturbate is the host and is in the best position to act on stream content:
Chaturbate DMCA contact:
chaturbate.com/legal/dmca/
Chaturbate's DMCA agent information is published on their legal page above in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2).
You may also email hello@camwall.tv to alert us. While CamWall cannot remove content from Chaturbate's servers, we can remove a performer from the CamWall interface promptly.
