CamWall is not a content producer

CamWall (camwall.tv) is not a producer — primary or secondary — of any sexually explicit content as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. CamWall does not create, produce, store, host, upload, or control any audiovisual content.

CamWall is a viewing interface that embeds and displays publicly available live cam streams originating on and served by Chaturbate, a third-party platform operated by Various, Inc. CamWall has no relationship with the performers appearing in those streams, and does not control, collect, or retain any records concerning those performers.

Primary producer and custodian of records

All content accessible through CamWall embeds originates on Chaturbate. The primary producer and records custodian for performers on Chaturbate is:

CamWall's own servers and CDN do not host any images, videos, or other audiovisual content depicting performers. Content is streamed directly from Chaturbate's CDN infrastructure within embedded frames. Accordingly, CamWall has no § 2257 records to maintain with respect to that content.
